The Background

Through AARS Freelancing Services, we spent over a decade eliminating bottlenecks and building automation systems for enterprises across four continents. Camunda, BPMN, optimization models - our clients trusted us to transform how they operate.

Early 2024
The Problem

While re-engineering a client's business processes, we were approached for building an integrated Dashboard for multiple IoT solutions. Parking from one vendor. Washrooms from another. Energy from a third. Multiple dashboards. Disconnected data. No unified intelligence. We asked: why can't all this work as one?

The Build

We taught ourselves hardware. Sourced sensors globally. Built patent-pending firmware that connects to cloud in under 3 minutes. Created Octacle, our IoT engine. Added BPM workflows. Then Agentic AI that acts, not just alerts.

2025
The Traction

Within 14 months - we deployed 11 smart washrooms at Sigma AVIT Bengaluru (72 devices, 80% fewer complaints, 60% satisfaction boost), our AI-powered Grievance Redressal System reached the finals of the AP State Hackathon, and we got selected for ALPHA at Web Summit Qatar 2026.
